Ingredients:
· 1 bunch of rainbow chard, washed
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 2 cloves garlic, minced
· Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cut the stems and the leaves into small pieces.
2. Sauté garlic for about 1 minute.
3. Add the stems first and sauté for about 3 - 4 minutes. Then, add the leaves and cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice or Parmesan cheese if you prefer.
5. Serve warm.
