Ingredients:

• 1 head of your favorite lettuce (e.g., Romaine, Butterhead, Iceberg), dried

• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• 1/4 cucumber, sliced

• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Optional: crumbled feta cheese or toasted nuts for topping

Instructions:

1. Tear the lettuce into pieces and place them in a large bowl.

2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.

5. Serve topped with crumbled feta cheese or toasted nuts if desired.
